I have 15 years of hospitality management experience, including nine years at Jamie Oliver Restaurants, where I specialized in high-volume operations and multi-site leadership. I’ve held senior leadership roles at several high profile Copenhagen institutions - Bæst, Mirabelle, Gasoline Grill, and Hija de Sanchez, leading complex teams, focusing on process optimization, daily operations, margin improvement, and team development.
My recent experience is coaching and sparring with business owners, providing a comprehensive overview of operations, including recruitment, payroll, onboarding, and strategic planning.
I’ve led or supported 15+ successful restaurant openings and have a proven track record in EPOS systems, sales mix analytics, and menu engineering to drive efficiency and profitability.
